film Editing, Shooting and making of the stop motion Animation

For Editing the moving video file I have used Adobe After effects and photoshop to edit the individual footage. For my group, I have taken the initiative to do the final video editing.

Today's task was to key out the walk cycle of our character. we shoot the video a day before yesterday. For this particular scene, Aron did the potential poses for a walk cycle, where I helped to shoot the video.

The following video was captured yesterday night. for these stop-motion we started from 7pm till 12 am.

Editing the  Background in Photoshop

We even made the background for the scene. and took the single image of it.


The first image has a character in it, I don't know why Aron wants to include it in the shot even though I said no, Later I need to remove it using photoshop.

Now I will be using the final background/plate in Adobe after effects.
and composite with character walk cycle.

Compositing final shot
While keying I couldn't get rid of green stuff in the footage, decided to mask every frame to exclude the green stuff seen under his leg.



Todays Achievement so far,

Above footage shows the final outcome of compositing. For me, everything looks good except the character movement. Its shaky and uneven through out the scene. But my group members suggests it as its quality which represents its personality. In other sense, its imperfection.
